Here’s the never ending project list…

Power Room:
Paint a striped wall
Bring in colorful accessories

Install a duel flush system

Replace old mirror
Replace tile with hardwood flooring
Living Room/Soon-to-be Dining Room:
Relocate living room couch to the basement
Buy a new dining room table/chairs
Order a new buffet table with shelving and extra storage
Make no-sew curtains and add to front windows
Spray paint bar stools a dark espresso
Install dark hardwood floors
Paint railings to match dark furniture
Kitchen:
Replace old black appliances with stainless steel
Upgrade countertops to granite or silestone

Change cabinet door hardware

Relocate kitchen island

Order new counter height barstools for island
Refresh decor on top of cabinets
Organize pantry with shelving and a drawer system

Install dark hardwood floors
Kitchen Nook:

Paint an accent wall

Smaller kitchen table

Find a cool new blue area rug
Change light fixture

Add storage unit to this area?
Morning Room:

Hang TV on the wall and hide all cables

Replace carpeting with dark hardwood floors

Install a wall of cabinets/built in desk to hold kitchen items

Update:  We decided that we could recycle our old desk that once lived in our office downstairs and bring it upstairs.  Looks great, and it was FREE!  We love free.

Deck:
Add outdoor lighting
Outdoor rug
Find new outdoor cushions

Buy a new grill for J!

Large umbrella
Basement:

Paint

Chalkboard wall in office
Bathroom
Main living area
Build a bar for J:  UPDATE: An amazing bar was gifted to us! Check!
Hang TV above fireplace and hide all cables!
Electrical outlet relocated over the fireplace
Build a walk out patio from the basement
Install laminate wood flooring
Master Bedroom:

Paint! – Woodrow Wilson Putty by Valspar

Find an accent chair for the sitting area

Install a new closet system

New carpeting on the top floor and steps
Master Bathroom:

Paint! – Woodrow Wilson Putty by Valspar

Install built in shelving over the toilet
Replace shower surround with all glass doors or maybe get wild and rip out the tub and construct a brand new HUGE shower! (ok, dreaming)
Guest Bathroom

Refinish oak vanity
Add cabinet door hardware
Paint!
